Delete your MyReminders account

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open MyReminders on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: by email

Email appsupport@desireinnovations.comfrom the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request and delete your account within 7 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so nobody else can delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in (email address and password)
• Your contacts, their notes, and your occasions
• Scheduled and sent message records, and greeting cards you sent or received
• Device tokens used for notifications

Copies in encrypted backups and server logs expire within 30 days. Messages already delivered to people can’t be recalled. Suggestions from “Discover dates from photos” are stored only on your phone and are removed when you delete the app.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it in App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can delete individual contacts, occasions and scheduled messages in the app at any time. To ask us to delete other specific data, email appsupport@desireinnovations.com. See our Privacy Policy for more.
