1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MyReminders (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

MyReminders is a productivity service that helps users schedule and automatically deliver personalised messages to contacts via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS on occasions they specify. The Service is currently in beta.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must have the prior consent of any recipient before adding their contact details to MyReminders and before sending them any message through the Service. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining such consent.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable messaging and communications laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and any local equivalent. MyReminders is not liable for any violations arising from messages you send.
• You are responsible for the content of messages you configure, including AI-generated messages you choose to send. You may not use the Service to send spam, harassing, illegal, or offensive messages.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or messages to recipients who have not consented.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Violate the terms of service of WhatsApp, any email provider, or any SMS carrier.
• Conduct any illegal activity.

5. AI-generated content

The Service offers AI-powered message generation via Google Gemini. When you use this feature, information you provide — including contact names, relationship context, and personal notes — is transmitted to Google’s API to generate a message. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness of AI-generated messages.

6. Beta service disclaimer

The Service is currently provided as a beta product. It may be subject to change, interruption, or discontinuation. We make no guarantee of uptime, message delivery success, or data preservation during the beta period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyReminders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed message deliveries or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual property

The MyReminders brand, design, and software are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any personal data and message content you create within the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@myreminders.world.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law
