Sub-processor List

MyReminders uses the third-party service providers listed below to deliver its service. Each provider acts as a data processor under our Privacy Policy. We maintain data processing agreements with all sub-processors and require them to handle data only as instructed.

| AI service provider | AI-powered message generation. Contact names and personal context notes are transmitted when a user requests AI-generated messages. |
| SMS & messaging delivery provider | Delivery of SMS and WhatsApp messages on behalf of users. Recipient phone numbers and message content are transmitted. |
| Email delivery provider | Delivery of email messages on behalf of users. Recipient email addresses and message content are transmitted. |
| Frontend hosting provider | Serving the web application. Processes request logs and IP addresses. |
| Backend hosting provider | Running the API server. Processes request logs and IP addresses. |
| Analytics provider | Anonymised website usage analytics on the marketing site only. |
